The Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA) publishes the Current Employment Statistics (CES) for August 2018 and 2019.
The CES measures the employment situation of Americans as of July 1 of each year.
The BEA is a federal agency created in 1946 to collect and publish statistics on the U.S. economy.
The Bureau’s data are used by the federal government and other entities to make economic policy decisions.
